Welcome to Bitzera. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

1. Introduction

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Bitzera platform, including any related services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and keep your account details confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including any actions taken under your account.

3. Use of Services

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal or commercial purposes as allowed by the platform.

Prohibited Activities:

• Engaging in any abnormal mining activities (e.g., excessive mining attempts, bot or script-based mining, or unauthorized automation tools) is strictly prohibited. Such activities will result in permanent suspension of your account and any future accounts associated with you.

• The use of robots, scripts, or any kind of cheating tools to manipulate or artificially influence any aspects of the platform is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to trading bots, automated scripts, or any other form of unauthorized assistance in interactions on the platform.
• Any violation of these rules will result in severe consequences, including account termination, permanent bans, and possible legal actions if applicable.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your data.

5. Transactions and Payments

You agree to adhere to all platform rules regarding transactions, payments, and any fees associated with using the Services. Any fraudulent activity or violation of payment terms may lead to account termination.

All content, software, and intellectual property related to the Services are owned by Bitzera and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any of our content without prior authorization.

• Not engaging in any activities that disrupt the integrity of the platform.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violations of this Agreement.
• Engaging in fraudulent or prohibited activities.
• Abnormal mining activities or use of unauthorized bots or cheating tools.

Upon termination, you will lose access to the platform, and your account will be permanently banned. Any future accounts created by you or on your behalf will also be subject to the same ban.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation, as determined by Bitzera. The arbitration will take place in [Insert Jurisdiction] and follow the applicable rules of arbitration.

10. Limitation of Liability
